Who should attend?
This is the most informative national conference for the Special Constabulary and other voluntary law enforcement agencies and as such is open to all Special Constabulary Chief Officers, Deputy Chief Officers and Assistant Chief Officers and equivalent ranks in addition to Special Constabulary Regional and Force Co-ordinators and Special Constabulary Liaison Officers who may be Police Officers or Police Staff.
